Marcus - bed levelling/Z-Offset issues

Marcus has issues with prints adhering to the bed. A range of different bed and nozzle temperatures have been tested which leads us to believe that it's an issue with the distance between the nozzle and the bed.

Ideally, we should run a test pattern and tweak the Z-Offset to try to find the ideal distance.
