Review the smoke and fire alarms

Following the fire alarm going off last week it occurred to me that we might want to have the detector in the CNC room set to fire only, not smoke. Having discussed it in the space it sounds like we should change the detector to just detect heat and install a localised smoke detector.

On discussion there's other things that need doing:

• [x] Soundproof room - visible alarm, sounder and detector
• [x] Laser room - currently just detecting heat, should be a sounder too
• [ ] CNC room - currently detecting smoke, this should just be heat and we need a visible alarm and sounder in here
