Triangle Linear Counter (S8x) retrigger disparity between tracker & NSF export

Sequences like this (image below), where the S8x effect is set on every row without a note, retriggers the triangle in the tracker but does not appear to do so in the NSF export. (No player can recreate the tracker behaviour afaik)
