Extend the maximum song number per module from 64

I'm unsure if there's any reasons why the song number is limited to 64, it probably is an arbitrary limitation, or it could be a driver limitation that is hard to work around.

Reason I'm asking is that I find myself reaching too close to the number of songs in one module for an unreleased project, and I would like to not have to split it up into two NSFs if reasonably possible, I know NSF files technically support up to 255(?) songs per file, so maybe that's what it should be increased to.

I'd think the limit of 64 instruments would be a bigger concern than 64 tracks.
