UI scaling broken since 0cc

The keyboard preview, macro editor, wave editor & some button layouts does not scale properly when the scale option is set in Windows. This was not an issue in vanilla FT but it appears to be broken since 0cc. This causes some frustration when using high resolution monitors as mouse hit-boxes are no longer aligned correctly. Here is a comparison between versions using the N163 wave editor as an example (Scale = 200%): Vanilla:

As a workaround, you can change Dn-FT to System or System (Enhanced) scaling:

Another problem I've noticed is that when clicking on envelope sequences, the mouse cursor and highlighted column is misaligned.

I may or may not look into DPI issues in the instrument dialogs at some point.

I've migrated to Linux recently and the DPI issues are quite apparent in Wine. The worst part is that Wine doesn't appear to have any way of overriding the scaling behaviour. I can live with direct macro editing for now but it's still an annoyance.
