[Feature Request] YM2413/OPLL Mode

In one of the NSFe metadata fields, there's specifications for enabling a YM2413/OPLL substitute to be used within VRC7 addressing. This means the tracker implementation and NSF driver can be modified to support the full capabilities of a YM2413 or similar, but at the cost of needing a capable emulator or hardware player to use said OPLL.
