Missing 'arrow-start' from documentation

The documentation only lists arrow-end, not arrow-start. arrow-start works, though, of course. At first (as I'm brand new to Raphael), I thought I was missing some fundamental concept that would explain why it only made sense for paths to have ending arrows, not starting ones.
