Pie Chart legends shows erroneous behaviour

When i draw 3 pie charts on adjacent divs, the legends for the 3rd pie are shifted to the left such that they become invisible, when i set legendpos as 'south'. If i set legendpos = 'east', the legends shift upwards, each time the pie is redrawn. Could any one help me out in this regard? Is there any fix available for this issue?
