Mail formatting and signature lost in OWA

In Outlook Web App (Microsoft Exchange Server 2013), in compose new mail window, the formatting bar and mail signature don't show:

Only way to restore correct behaviour was disabling extension (no toggle off nor blacklisting URL) :
