Hi my friend, i see that you are using pyenv environments. Some libraries are not supported in pyenvs, you should use python native on PC following the guide https://github.com/Djdefrag/QualityScaler?tab=readme-ov-file#make-it-work-by-yourself-%E2%80%8D
