Text field bug

Description: Pasting a URL with the URL field content selected doesn't remove the selected content, instead it appends the clipboard's content at the end.

Expected behavior: Selected text should be removed when pasting new text.

Working on a fix for this and also added functionality to select the content of the field by pressing ctrl+a.

I'm doing some testing at the moment so I will likely create the PR in the next hours.
