Make each section collapsible to make navigation easier

I'm adding this as an issue so that there is a discussion. As of now, the list is quite long and while it is quite organized, it can be hard to navigate. the Index, all main titles, and even some subsections (e.g. basic, advanced for backend) could be made collapsible to facilitate that. If you believe this is a good idea, I can go make the PR :)

That's so dope Maryam jan. I highly believe that it used to be collapsible but after some PRs, it's been removed for some reason. As it grows, it becomes harder to follow. Totally agree with that. Feel free to add this feature. Much appreciate your love btw. <3 :)

Hi @lnxpy, I believe this issue has not been fully solved. We can make each section collapsible, I believe what @reganto really meant was something like this Can I work on this ?

Hello, thanks for your suggestion @SepehrRasouli and @evakdev. I'm not sure if it's useful or not because it reduces scrolling but also hides many things from the eyes at first glance. What do you think, @lnxpy and @smoeinbbp?

@evakdev maybe it's better to create a PR first and take a look at it and after that we can take a better decision.
