Expose Vue Component

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Not easy to integrate with a Vue project like admin panel or something else.

Describe the solution you'd like Move plugin management inside root vue component, then the Editor can be used as regular Vue component. And keep wrapper class just to proxy existing system.
