Get the configuration of a running Zapp

Hello, When a Zapp is started we have users who would like to be able to get the configuration they've done in the Zapp Shop (namenode host, number of core and amount opf memory for each container) Brgds, Thomas

This will take a bit longer to develop, so for now I do not include it in the 2018.03 milestone.
