Change the test page to display numPassed/totalTests and totalRunTime

The test page is missing two useful bits of information that are helpful in comparing two revisions and in getting an overview:

• numPassed/totalTests -- fraction of tests that pass & total tests.
• totalRunTime -- how long did all of the tests take to run.

These should appear in large font somewhere towards the top of the page.
