Sliders for customizing calculation of subgraph significance

Add sliders to the network motifs search tab to allow users to specify how subgraph significance should be calculated.

• For logs with a single execution, have a slider with values 0 to 10, indicating the minimum number of times the subgraph should appear in the execution to qualify as a motif.

• For logs with multiple executions, in addition to the slider above, have a percentage slider that specifies the minimum percentage of executions that the subgraph should appear in to qualify as a motif.
