职位描述

• Conduct research on our core technologies, such as vector similarity search algorithms, system optimization, resource distribution, task scheduling.
• Verify and apply your research results. Communicate and collaborate with other teams when developing, testing and commoditizing prototype systems.
• Analyze requests and create solutions for data processing in typical application scenarios such as recommendation system, AI chatbots, image recognition, chemical compound search, and more.
• Explore the most advanced technology in related fields, such as unstructured data processing, vector similarity search, artificial intelligence (AI), and more.

职位要求

• Master’s degree or above in computer science or other related disciplines. Experienced researchers who have published academic papers are preferred.
• Specialization in one sub-area of unstructured data processing, such as system architecture, modeling and algorithm, machine learning (ML), information retrieval, and more.
• Proficiency in C++ or Python is a must.
• Strong curiosity about all technologies. Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
