Introduce an argument that allows for the preservation of filenames

In my particular use case, it is necessary to be able to associate the files (as much as possible) in a non-technical way that can be tied to the original OneNote Section or Page.

I'm happy to make any suggested changes. It turned out to be a slightly larger change then I was hoping (mostly from the logic to handle potential duplicate file names). If someone more familiar with OneNote than myself can tell me that case is impossible I'd love to trim the logic down to be cleaner
