Doesn't support foreign languages

Hi, I was trying to use the script with Persian, Arabic and Hebrew strings with no success. Is there anything that can be done to support the conversion of foreign language strings to base64 via the tool?

Sorry for such a late response. I totally missed this issue. I will take a look into this and will address the issue.
