locating function sometimes doesn't work

Describe the bug the words from user: 我是ios系統12.4.7 使用桌面新增的捷徑進入回報違章工廠網頁 一開始進去網頁的時候會詢問是否同意定位 這時候會正常 但跳出來再回去或是隔一段時間再回去定位就不會動了 關掉網頁再重進也是一樣會維持在原位不動 需要再過一段時間進入網頁才會重新詢問是否同意定位 位置才會正確 另外有時候是沒有目前所在地的小藍點 但移動的時候地圖會跟著動
