Visual/UI positioning bug with Plugin & Theme Repo

Theme: Soft X Discord build: Stable OS: Windows 10 Summary: When opening the Plugin Repo and Theme Repo, it is visually off center or off screen. This appears to happen if you move to the repos from any source (BD top banner, settings etc). When in the bugged state, you can still click outside and exit, or click on a different settings menu button (such as Themes, Plugins, Updates, Game Overlay, etc)

Note: Confirmed via the BD Data Visualization Plugin Status Tracker that both repos are working

Steps to Repro:

1. Open Plugin Repo / Theme Repo
2. Observe alignment
