Unread chat bubble isn't showing

Describe the bug
In addition to the white text on a text channel, there is supposed to be a white bubble or bar to show there are new messages to be read however that is not showing.

To Reproduce
Happens consistently while the theme is loaded.

Sorry for the second message but I compared it to the preview pic again and saw that it also isn't glowing and the hashtag didn't turn white either.

Can't seem to reproduce this myself... could be a conflicting theme

Im experiencing this issue for several months now., not really any steps to reproduce. Most notably, it also impacts the "gray dot discord experiment" that rolled out to everybody some months ago. Im running Vencord's latest
