Voice Chat Partys

Why?

Often friends want to speak all the time with each other and use also the proximity voice chat.

What and How?

It would be nice if there would be an option to create party's who are always in the same channel.

Are there alternatives?

I'm open for alternatives but there is no alternative I can think of.
