Create a Feature Tour for when a user first logs in to D.T

I like the idea of making tutorials. I would be interested to here if people find the overlay walkthrough thing helpful. I know personally I find them annoying and just click through without really reading them. Having some up to date video tutorials that are easily accessible inside the app might be more helpful.

This might be something that we toss into a Discussion and see if we can get more input from users.

It looks like intro.js is quite a popular and easily used feature tour system.

Question would be whether to include the .js and .css with the core theme or add it to the theme as a necessary extension
