Add currently in play filters to top of filters modal

Currently you can remove a filter by clicking on the x next to the filter under 'Contacts list' title for example, but when you open the filters modal, there is no similar way of editing/removing any current in play filters.

It would be nice if when there are current filters in operation

• The current filters were on the top bar of the filters modal, the same as when you are creating the filters from scratch
• 
• The current filtered items were present in the e.g. 'assigned to' field
