Lists: Save fields to display on a filter by filter basis.

This will let us create different views based on the selected filter.

Each filter could display a different set of fields. The user changes the fields to display, and has the option to apply globally or just for the filter.

We'll want to save these settings in the user's postmeta to be available any time they log in.
