@logan-anderson The Handbook repository might have differed from Alpaca, I'd encourage implementing this directly in the Handbook repo, and then see if we can backport it to Alpaca Documentation starter.

When the logo is SVG you have to change the logo styles from `max-width` to `width` for the logo to appear.

GPG signing works fine with GitHub in Atom, seems like they use [a wrapper for the command line](https://github.com/atom/github/blob/master/bin/gpg-wrapper.sh).

FWIW [Netlify](https://netlify.com) supports custom HTTPS and has no restrictions on Jekyll's plugins. You just have to link your GitHub repo to Netlify to be able to use Staticman without GitHub...
