Bezel elements randomly not appearing

Logging this issue for tracking and notification.

Since 2.11.1 the Windows release experiences this issue.

A fix should be in place in the next release.

I just updated to the latest release , and I got that issue and thought that I might have done something wrong ..since I haven't updated in a really long time and there is a lot of new features added in the latest releases ...I spent a long time trying to figure out why this is happening , good thing that I decided to check here because it was driving me crazy ...looking forward to the next release for the fix and I have to say that you have done an excellent job on the emulator and added a lot of great features .
