Touch friendly theme?

Can we have a touch friendly theme for AvalonDock. I mean a theme that has biger buttons and taller header bars that can be easily tapped and dragged by fingers. I would suggest that the header be 30 and button height and width be 30 as well. And rounded corners for all panes.

Change scaling of entire app?

Change the scaling of Avalon dock components. For rest of the controls we could use UI toolkits like HandyControl that has big sized controls.
