Hello, correct!  However, I've managed to make it work using win11 drivers, but I don't believe it will be suitable to use in production.

Ok, windows doesn't detect the additional disk which is under virtio and scsi. But when adding IDE it detecting.  
Please don't troll me. I simply had to scroll down it. Actually, it can detect new disks. 
 got it from chatgpt :D sound logical but still need confirmation from experts.
I just come to confirm issue also persist with virtio block
