Release folder for web with 0.6

Feature Request

No automatic release or copying of the release to the root directory. When deploying a web application, the release is usually specified in the root folder. Now the release is created in the target folder, which you usually include in .gitignore It is clear that you can copy it manually, but in the past it was convenient to specify the folder in the Dioxus.toml file

# `build` & `serve` dist path
out_dir = “dist”

You can customize ci/cd in the service, but for speed it's easier to directly create the release and commit to see the result in a few seconds.
