Add PHP 8.1 and Updated Debian (GLPI 10 ONLY)

as suggested by : https://glpi-install.readthedocs.io/en/latest/prerequisites.html

I'm adding php8.1 support

I think that i've changed all the required files

I've did a test on my local server, succesfully installed GLPI, everythings seems good !

P.S. : I saw on the docs that only GLPI 10 is ok with PHP 8.1, maybe you can create a docker image tag for glpi 10?
