Option to rename the files after their captions

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Sometimes files in chats have wrong names, but are captioned correctly.

Describe the solution you'd like I would like an option to replace the filenames with their captions when downloading.

Would be really amazing to have the filenames to retain some of the context of the origin context (channel name, date, hour)
