Apple Silicon support

Hi, Would it be possible to release an Apple Silicon version of the app ? I don't want this to force Rosetta to be always running

Couldn't build locally. I had to update sentry-cocoa to 5.2.2 as it support arm64. I had to remove Squirrel as it's completely outdated. Might be nice to upgrade to Sparkle. Last error seem to be framework not found MediaRemote which I can't figure out
