Bug: Ampersands (&) are escaped into & when editing post

1.4.5 on iOS.

If I toot a & b and then edit that toot, the edit window will show a & b and if I submit, the rendered post shows the same.

Easy to miss if you’re focused on making an edit somewhere else in the post.
