Feature request: enable left and right margin timeline adjustment (iPadOS/macOS)

Would like the ability to set the left and right margin of timeline posts

• on iPadOS, when in horizontal mode
• on macOS, when in full screen.

At the moment there is hardly any margin, which makes for quite long lines of text.
