no button to set an sensitive image when publishing a toot. It seems users can only to set all media as sensitive from a global level, not just according to the content of each toots.

When you write a post, press on the ! to add a content warning.

This is kinda important as marking an image as sensitive is required on most instances.

Clarification: if you add a content warning for a toot, an image in it is marked as sensitive automatically.

So the basic functionality is there. Still could use some clarification.

You can add a content warning for the entire post, but you can't mark individual images as sensitive.
