Changing Appearance is broken when running app in MacOS

See screenshot. Installed app and it was working fine for a few days. At some point the color I chose as the background (light grey) was changed to black and now the app is not usable. Not familiar where the pref file is stored but assume I can delete this as a workaround. Thought I would share this behavior in case it wasn't unique to my machine.

Same issue with me. I changed my theme and then set it to not use the system colours and this happened.
