Feature request: Remove emojis

Mammoth has a switch to remove emojis from user names and posts on Mastodon. Can we have that on Ice Cubes? (Yes, I actually enabled that. Emojis add no value.)

At least with usernames, they are actually very annoying. Screen readers read them aloud to blind and visually impaired users.

So i vote for 2 different settings.
