Feature request: Pixelfed accounts should be possible

Accounts from pixelfed instances should be possible to add to Ice Cube.

I noticed some fun behavior: if you go to the "add account" flow and type in a pixelfeed URL, the submit button will show the spinner endlessly. BUT if you hit the button anyways, it opens up an auth window for that server which you can use. Authorizing doesn't add the account, but the auth flow is at least partly working.
