Bug: Sometimes opening the app refreshes the timeline *and* shows the "new posts" dialog, duplicating all the new posts

Occasionally, when I open the app, it'll refresh the TL and show the new posts since the last time I opened it. However, it then still shows the "new posts" button at the top of the screen. Tapping it will duplicate all of the new posts that were automatically loaded onto the TL.
