Feature request: Drop-down Differentiator for Current Selection

Could there be a checkmark (or another visual cue) to differentiate the currently selected option for the others.

For example, in Timeline tab, if Home is selected and then the drop-down invoked, the Home option should be differentiated from the others with a tick?

I think the account selector works this way?
