Bug: posts sometimes do not appear in my timeline or profile.

Environment:

• OS: iOS 18.2.1

• IceCubesApp version: 1.11.2

Description

I added a post with text and a link to a Guardian article however, I can't see it in my timelines or my profile. I get comments, boots and stars but when I click on them there is still no post. I've post is visible in the Mastodon app.
