MacOS app doesn't support selecting text of posts with the mouse

When running Ice Cubes on a Mac, the text of posts is not selectable. It would be nice to be able to select some text in a post with the mouse to be able to copy it to the clipboard. A workaround is to take a screenshot, open it in preview, then use the built-in OCR to select the text.

This is with Ice Cubes Version 1.10.35 (2569).

A workaround is mentioned in #110: You can bring up the context menu on the post and choose "Select text". Bit clumsy on the Mac, but faster than OCR...

Thanks! This makes the bug much less important to fix indeed :) Happy to have this closed as wontfix if SwiftUI makes normal Mac text behavior difficult.
