Environment:

• OS: iOS v17.2.1

• IceCubesApp version: 1.10.30

Description

'Share as image' greys image(s) in original post.

Steps to reproduce: From timeline, View toot containing an image. Click toot-menu (...) Pick 'share', then 'share post as image'. Text and avatar are correct, but included image is grey pixels version of same size of original image. After waiting a short while and retrying (~30 seconds) the image is correct.

Can confirm this is still a problem in iOS 17.5.1, on my iPhone 15 Plus. If I “Share post as image” a second time in a row, for the same post, after a 15-30 second wait, then the embedded image is displayed correctly.

Edit: after the latest update, the image placeholder remains gray even after thirty seconds. Also, if there are two images in the post, there’s a blank space instead of a gray space where the images should be.

Still a problem on iOS 18 with app version 1.10.58. Waiting doesn’t fix the problem.
