Feature request: Full iPad support (columns/tabs)

It would be really nice to have a full iPad support so with columns/tabs where you could e.g. have a tab with a list and a hashtag open at the same time.

Both for iPad and M1/M2 Macs! I'm using the Mastodon web client (in advanced mode), as it is similar to Tweetdeck and Tweeten.

Mammoth has a pretty interesting column-based interface on the Mac.
