Chisel mod animations not working

Using 1.12.2 with chisel 0.2.1.35 and VanillaFix 1.0.10-99 on Forge 1.12.2-14.23.5.2836. Animated textures from the chisel mod don't seem to work?

The animated textures do work, you're most likely experiencing a mod incompatibility. What is your mod list?

It's quite long, so I had to screenshot the list if that's okay.

Maybe try removing TexFix?

I removed TexFix, but nothing changed.

I can confirm Chisel animations do work with the stable releases of both mods from CurseForge.
