Elytra firework flight not working

So I'd notice that, when using fireworks in flight, instead of it providing a boost, it just has the fireworks go off like you're on the ground. I think the issue has to come from this mod, because disabling it makes elytra flight work properly again. The issue exists on version 99, but is not a problem in version 97. I hope that helps narrow it down!

I also had this same issue in version 1.0.10-150 (tested with the vanilla elytra as well as the EnderIO elytra upgrades for its armours). Downgraded to version 1.0.9-97 for the time being.
