Personal Pocket change owner command

So, due to the last version, I was un-linked from my personal pocket dimension, and now when I use a Quartz Door, I am sent to a completely blank personal pocket. I am aware that every personal pocket exists in the same dimension, but as I asked on discord, I was wondering if there was a command to resync a player to their original personal pocket, with a secondary question being if the personal pocket dimensions are each assigned their own "zipcode" to say, which would make creating such a command easier.

There is no command for this, but it could perhaps be done. Pockets are indeed assigned their own form of "ZipCode", which is paired with a player's personal UUID in case of Personal Pockets.

This information is stored in a separate .dat file in the Personal Pocket Dimension's save folder. This can be opened and edited with programs like NBT-Explorer.
