[Bug]: Randomly getting the dungeon dimension achievement in overworld

What happened?

Sometimes I randomly get the achievement for dimensional doors throughout the overworld.

Also, I have an FTB quest with the dimdoors:dungeon_pockets target, and it is completed immediately upon joining the world.

Minecraft version is 1.20.1 (dropdown doesn't have enough options)
